Shipping Fees

Currently, we only offer delivery service within Hong Kong.

To minimize the delivery cost on your behalf, we offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over HK$500. Normally the delivery time will be within 7 business days. Some remote areas like Tung Chung & Outlying Islands might require additional 1 business day.

Delivery Service

- Delivery will be made during office hour from Monday to Friday. No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
- Please ensure that someone is present at the schedule delivery date and time, otherwise we will charge for the extra expenses incurred.

Order Cancellation

Once your payment is made, that means your order is confirmed. We will process it and at this point in time, regret that we will not be able to cancel it and no refund can be made at this moment. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to factors beyond our control, you will receive an email informing you of the situation. Following this notification, you have up to three days to cancel the order.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase thus we are happy to exchange it or replace it with another selection if we are unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability, as long as they are returned in unused condition, with original packaging and accessories, within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
